The college actively engages in international educational cooperation to build a distinctive global communication system． In 2024， it signed a cooperation agreement with Izmir University of Economics in Turkey， initiating collaboration in discipline development and faculty－student exchanges． The institution also shared expertise at the East African Advanced Vocational Education Management Training Program， advancing vocational education internationalization． In March 2025， a delegation led by Yegorov， President of Belarusian State University of Economics， visited the campus． Both parties focused on e－commerce program collaboration， inaugurating the＂Joint Training Base for Economic and Trade Talents＂ and conducting in－depth discussions on key issues such as credit recognition in＂3＋0＂ programs and joint undergraduate－master＇s education， creating more comprehensive learning pathways for students． In September 2025， the college signed a strategic cooperation agreement on vocational education industry－education integration with the Pakistan National Vocational and Technical Training Commission． Both sides will collaborate in areas such as small and medium enterprise entrepreneurship and management， covering professional development， curriculum design， faculty exchanges， and joint student training．
